Scara B. King
The enigmatic Scara B. King, owner and executive director of WorldCorp Incorporated, is a man with incredible resources and impressive power. It is estimated that he owns about 70% of all businesses in Forum City, but it's difficult to find out precisely, because of the staggering amount of paperwork and legal feints used by WC's accountance to hide the activities of the company.
Scara himself is a very dangerous man. He has built his company up from a small nanotech lab with two talented young scientists, to a multi-forum corporation developing both weapons and electronics as well as nano-augmentations. According to Jonas of PDX, who was Scara's partner back in the days, Scara was once a very nice and idealistic guy. That, however, is difficult to imagine when faced with the megalomaniacal psychopath he is today.
And as for his skin colour... well, let's just say he used the same surgeon as Michael Jackson, and that the surgeon has since "disappeared."
