You're unemployed and using a subpar (see FC/Standards_of_Retail_Stores) store as a makeshift lab. Evaluation: You suck. I want to be with my real dad.
Abomination the Second (or A2 for short) is a prototype spiderbot designed by NVShacker.

Role on ForumPlanet
A2 was built by NVShacker while he still worked for WorldCorp on a project centered around the IFF replacement for bots. While initially a mild-mannered robot who was immune to scrambler grenades, A2 malfunctioned while NVShacker was appealing for the project's renewal. It picked its name, became uncooperative and began insulting people in its "Evaluation" debug lines. Although NVShacker couldn't prove anything, he seems convinced That Guy was responsible for A2's personality change as he had mocked the project previously.
A2 was then put into storage after roaming around Worldcorp insulting people for a month, then a couple of weeks before the events of The Nameless Mod, That Guy authorized Worldcorp's scientists to mount an experimental weapon on A2 (due to it being compatible for the mounting). The scientists tried to get A2 to use the weapon on a lab target, but it walked away explaining it was going to see its "father" Abomination at the Llama Temple. One of the scientists laughed at it and had his coat promptly set on fire. A2 was then disabled, but the manager in charge decided not to destroy the spiderbot due to not wanting to fill out an expense report for destroying company property. He shipped A2 off to NVShacker for "external debugging" and the bot has been with him ever since.
Role in Game
When the player talks to A2, they are given the option of telling the bot to either be nicer to NVShacker or to kill him. Killing NVShacker will allow the player to take his screwdriver, and A2 will later appear at the Llama Temple, pleading to stay with Abomination. Abomination is not amused and will promptly attack A2, generally destroying it. However it is possible for A2 to survive the confrontation, after which point it will grieve for its "father" and refuse to talk to the player.
The player can also disable A2 with an EMP Grenade or outright destroy it, though this is not advisable as A2's prototype weapon will set the player on fire as well as damage their bio-energy levels. Destroying or disabling A2 will annoy NVShacker. Using a Scrambler Grenade will have no effect on A2.
If the player refuses to follow NVShacker's quest to obtain a month pass for the subway and talks to him the right way he and A2 will be found later on in the GITM building next to Evil Invasion yielding some additional interactions with A2. Entering GITM the weapons of A2 will be replaced with non-lethal ones (King Kashue is a bit of a pacifist). The player can then either destroy A2, disable it or tick it off to knock out Jonas Waever (which might be delightful depending on how much his ego annoys you).
If the player chooses to disable A2 with an EMP grenade in Jonas lab or at Abomination it will be reprogrammed by NVShacker and provided to you in front of ABI. If the player is following the WorldCorp plot, disabling A2 at Abomination for That Guy works too to get A2 at ABI. The player can then command A2 to follow or stay behind. If the player is following the PDX plot it's still equipped with non-lethal weapons so it can be used as an aid for non-lethal players, however for WC players it's equiped with the lethal pyro laser.
Notes
Disabling A2 in Jonas's lab
Trying to disable A2 in Jonas' lab can backfire on the player due to an AI bug. If you attempt to disable A2 with the EMP Pistol you need two shots at least. A2 will be pissed before being disabled and so will Jonas, going into cower mode. It can happen that Jonas never snaps out of it. Should this happen you can do the following to fix the situation (since Jonas is supposed to give you something on orders of Kind Kashue):
Block the entrance so the guard can't enter and see Jonas then wait until Jonas is in the back of the lab. Use the Riot Prod or Stun Gloves to whack him once but from the front so he won't drop unconscious. Then ensure no guard comes in until the effect wears off (for example by standing in front of the door, blocking the path so the guard goes the long route to the other door). Jonas' AI will then return to normal and you can receive your gift. Chances are a whack from bare fists works too, but only the above mentioned method has been confirmed to fix the AI without it turning hostile on you.
Getting A2 with you into ABI
In front of ABI, if the player manages to clear the tunnels without A2 getting destroyed, he will be stuck on the slope up to the gates and can't follow the player up to the facility. To fix this problem, walk behind A2 and move slowly closer until A2 backs off a couple of steps. Repeating this, the player can push A2 up the slope and take him into the facility. There is no way to get A2 to follow into the administration building though, as it can not climb steps.
Conversation bug in version 1.0.3
In version 1.0.3 (but not in earlier or later versions of the game) A2 refuses to talk to you at ABI due to a bug. To fix this, open the console with ~, then type "legend" (without quotes). Select edit flags, then search for NVSPetUnconscious. Set it to false, then close the menu and talk to A2 again.
Locations
A2 can be found with NVShacker in the Quick Stop shop in the Corporate District of Forum City. Should A2 kill NVShacker, it will later appear at the Llama Temple. Should NVShacker join Evil Invasion at PDX, A2 can be found in Jonas' lab. Should NVShacker be convinced to rejoin WorldCorp, A2 can be found in the WCID prisons in the WC Sublevel. If the player disables A2 during day 2 as asked by NVS or That Guy, it will be waiting in front of ABI to be used as a companion by the player.
