Bioelectric Cell

Bioelectric Cells are one-time use items that charge up Trestkon's bio-electrical stores. Bioelectric cells come in two "flavours": blue and red. Blue bio-cells charge up 25 units of energy, while red bio-cells recharge Trestkon's stores all the way, at the cost of some health from the Torso region.

Blue cells are the most commonly found, and can sometimes be found on defeated NPCs, whereas red cells force the player to go out of his or her way to find them.

One side mission at the Partyzone has Trestkon finding 3 red cells for Grub, the club's DJ. If you complete this mission, Grub will give you a code for a safe inside of the club that contains weapons mods, ammo, and a medkit.
