Dr. Dumb Lunatic, shortened DDL, is a former employee of WorldCorp's biochem department. After raising concern about the unethical experiments performed on people by WorldCorp, he got locked up, and was to be experimented upon himself. When DDL escaped into the Corporate Sewers, WorldCorp unleashed Greasels into the tunnels in an attempt to kill him.
Role in Game
Besides providing one of the funniest conversations in the game, Dr. Dumb Lunatic supplies the player with schematics for the Quad Rocket Launcher, which can then be created using the Universal Constructor located in WorldCorp's non-existent basement. Additionally, a map of the sewer system can be found in his hideout, and discovering him triggers a PM from Evil Invasion, That Guy, or Narcissus, depending on when you entered the sewers and which side you're on.
Locations
DDL can be found in "The Cathedral", an old pumping station in the corporate district sewers on the first day of the game. On the second day, he is missing for unknown reasons.
Trivia
Despite asking for ketchup, he will not respond differently if you're carrying a Ketchup Bar. Just toss that thing already, it's gross!
