ForumPlanet is the home to various Forum Cities, including PlanetDeusEx Forum City. Each city, and the surrounding area, is apparently an independant city state. In truth the planet is controlled by GameSpy from their space station. Since they are unable to imbue admin power in inanimate objects they instead share power with local Admins such as Despot.

ForumPlanet is a gamelike computer-generated illuision which serves as a virtual meetingplace where users can have enlighetened discussion. Or, in cases like that of Scara B. King attempt to take over the world. Most of the population of ForumPlanet is made up of avatars of actual people but some are computer generated. When a user's avatar dies the user's account is terminated. The user can create a new account, but this is not a simple resurrection. An avatar's death has a very real effect and as a result the creation of a new account is more like reincarnation than ressurection.

The only way for a user to be permenantly removed from ForumPlanet is by an adminstrator or moderator banning that user.
