Glottis deals in illegal contraband, and will happily sell it to people who are willing to pay. He is likely the supplier that Winquman received the PHAT-Rifle from, as Winquman has an e-mail from Glottis mentioning a package for delivery.

Role in Game

Glottis sells hardware to the player. He has an Augmentation Upgrade Canister for 1000 credits, a Dragon's Tooth Sword for 1500 credits, and three different Weapon mods (recoil, reload, and clip) for 500 credits each. These items cannot be looted from Glottis' body, so they must be bought.

Glottis can be found on the first day in an alley in the West Residence District.
