Hammer & Sickle is the store owner of the Quick Stop in the Corporate District, selling pickles to Steve Tack at 300 credits. He wields a Sawed-off Shotgun against shoplifters. As his name implies, he is a communist. He is most likely Russian, since he uses the word 'Нет' (spelled "nyet" in the game) which is "no" in Russian.
