N00Bz

The N00Bz is a small gang in the Downtown district of Forum City. They have seven members who all wear white t-shirts with the word "N00Bz" on them. Their leader is Master_Kale. The player is given a quest to remove them for 500 credits. They are located under a bridge north of the apartments whereas Master_Kale is located inside the theme restaurant.
