The peper gun can be useful in temporarily disabling opponents, making them easier targets to take down with other weapons like the Riot Prod, or running away. And unlike the Gas Grenade you can safely approach the target after firing.
Obtaining it
The earliest opportunity to get a peper gun would be of the dead body of a bum near the Nosferatu in the Slums district.
Description
The pepper gun will accept a number of commercially available riot control agents in cartridge form and disperse them as a fine aerosol mist that can cause blindness or blistering at short-range.
Usage
Spray into the eyes of your opponent at close range, but not ontop of him or it will not work. Then select another weapon to finish the job, or make a run for it.
