Your general standard pistol. Although fully modded and with a decend pistol skill this weapon is lethal, as Deus Ex shows, in TNM you are better off swapping it around as fast as possible for either the Stealth Pistol or Alpha's Service Pistol, if you are focusing on pistols for your playthrough.
Obtaining it
If you do not mind making your hands a little dirty, you can kill or knock down the guards in Phasmatis' Apartment to obtain an early pistol. If you rather want it without taking any risks at all, there can one be found in Helga's Kraut Castle at all item difficulties.

Usage
The best use of a standard pistol is to sneak close, and then when the crosshair is closed, make a headshot, instantly killing most targets. This is easier to do with a higher skill and when fully modded. In TNM you probably want to refrain from modding it though, and keep your weapon mod's for Alpha's pistol instead.
