Public access terminal

These terminals can only do one thing: provide information. When a public access terminal is activated, it will show a list with a variety of topics, depending on who owns the terminal. For example, in Forum City, the terminals show the latest news, and they are updated frequently. The terminals in the WorldCorp HQ show a floorplan and some rules when entering the complex.
