Slum Sewers

The sewers under the West Residence District should not be confused with the subway maintenance tunnels, which do contain a small sewer section, but which are part of the slums level itself. The sewers proper can be entered through either a solitary manhole in the alleys to the east or via a nearby green metal door, but only on day 2 as part of the WorldCorp storyline.

The slum sewers are rather spacy, and contain several maintenance areas, including a storage room with a few goodies. Their main purpose is to provide passage from the slums to the Air-Traffic Control Tower in an isolated part of the city, and judging from how heavily patrolled the sewers are, this vulnerability must be well known to CSI, which has been hired by PDX to provide security for the ATC tower.
