The stealth pistol is a more silent, rapid firing pistol, at the expense of damage. Making an instant kill headshot with this gun is far less likely, but rapidly planting in 2 bullets can do the trick. The faster reload and smaller recoil are useful too, even if you have a slightly lower accuracy. The raw stats of the gun misleadingly make it appear very powerful, as they state that the firing rate of the gun is 6.6 bullets per second. However, in actuality the firing rate is less than half of that, meaning that you'll probably want to use Alpha's Service Pistol instead.
Obtaining it
The earliest opportunity to get a stealth pistol is to do the hidden cache subquest in Downtown, started by finding a datacube near a corpse lying in the canal.
Description
The stealth pistol is a variant of the standard 10mm pistol with a larger clip and integrated silencer designed for wet work at very close ranges.
Usage
The best use of a stealth pistol is to sneak close, and when the crosshair is closed, make 2 headshots in rapid succession, instantly killing most targets. This is easier to do with a higher skill and when fully modded. In TNM you probably want to refrain from modding it though, and keep your weapon mods for Alpha's pistol instead.
