Role in Game
Steve's sole appearance in the game is when the player first visits the Quick Stop in the Corporate District. He will find Steve arguing with Hammer and Sickle over the price of a jar of pickles. Steve's demands for a discount are all ignored by the communist owner and he eventually walks off in a huff.
