After all if you fulfill his quest for gathering the 4 items for a rite he wants to tell you how he can now take over the world or something like this before he notices that he should not utter out that in public. Funny part is I always asked myself what the tome is for since it ends up in your PDA as an important notice. Thought it's connected one of the narcissus flags since in the corporate district you have to go up to find the KK duplicate.
