That Guy is the systems and infolink operator of WorldCorp.
Role in Game
In the PlanetDeusEx storyline, That Guy has to be avoided when the player is asked to upload a virus to Black ICE via That Guy's PC terminal.
In the WorldCorp storyline, That Guy is Trestkon's infolink operator. The player can talk to him by breaking into a restricted area in the WorldCorp HQ.
Locations
That Guy is always found in his office, the Black ICE server room in the sublevel under WorldCorp HQ. Although the player can attack him, he cannot be killed because he's actually projecting a hologram of himself into the server room. Oddly enough, the hologram may still be stunned with a Riot Prod or Stun Gloves.
