Role on ForumPlanet

Winquman is the quartermaster of PlanetDeusEx. He keeps the moderators supplied with the equipment they need to keep the peace in Forum City.

Winquman used to be the quartermaster of PDXCIS before the service was disbanded. As such, he's an old colleague of Trestkon.

Role in Game

As the quartermaster of PDX, Winquman supplies the player with items in the first part of the PDX storyline. Later, he goes to investigate the bombing of Sol's Bar, where he asks the player to question the witnesses for him. Winquman also gives the player the PHAT Rifle before the DXI mission.

In the WorldCorp storyline, Winquman serves no major function other than to guard the PDX armoury against the player's intrusion.

Locations

Before the DXI mission, Winquman will be found in his makeshift office outside the ladies-bathroom-turned-armoury. After the DXI mission, Winquman will go to Sol's Bar to investigate the bombing together with Jackie.
